I have experience and training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Marital Therapy, and Addictions treatment. My areas of interest are in helping people work through depression, anxiety, relationship issues, struggles with substance abuse/dependence. I am also interested in providing a holistic approach to mental health.
